Person Spotlight: ALICIA REED (Regional Manager for Seldin Properties)

This month, we're highlighting one of our favorite regional managers who has not only championed our program but also been a great asset to Seldin Properties. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, Alicia Reed runs her properties with efficiency and kindness. And that alone deserves a shout out!

We sat down with Alicia to ask a little more about her and her life:

How long have you partnered with the Community Life Program?

About 4 years.

What is your favorite thing about Community Life?

That they really are a partner. I appreciate the collaboration, communication and teamwork between the Community Life Teams, management teams and owners.

What would your ideal neighborhood look like?

“Where everybody knows your name…” Think Cheers theme song. Honestly, I love knowing who my neighbors are and getting to know them. I want my house to be an open, safe place for my kids friends and family to feel like they can come into our home and be comfortable and at peace.

List 3 small things that make your day better?

Jesus, Chocolate and my family!

What is something that is considered a luxury but you don't think you could live without?

A car.

They usually ask my advice in making the right decision in either a personal or professional situation.
