"Do Online Reviews Matter?"

This Multihousing web article came out this week. My initial thoughts were, "Of course they do, but everyone knows that by now." So, I clicked the link to see what else could be added to the conversation. Guess what, there's no new content. It was a simple question posed as the title and then a couple dozen real reviews. That got my attention.

Here were some of the real reviews that came in from Community Life Properties this month.

The private entries are perfect, dog park a plus, pool is lovely, clubhouse is homey and inviting. There are great events planned monthly for the residents, such as wine & Canvas, game night, parties, cookouts, and singers.”

5 Apartment Ratings ʺI have been living here for last 8 months and my experience was amazing. To begin with, the apartment is huge for the rent you pay. I have lived in various communities before and had a bad experience with the staff. This manager is very good and will ensure all your maintenance issues are resolved quickly. They also have many fun events every month organized by Community Life and this brings all the people in the community together. Location is in proximity to Walmart/Target and restaurants. They have a fitness center, Electronic Grill station, swimming pool and club house.ʺ

It is always a family friendly event where the kids in the neighborhood can get together and the adults can have fun as well. The workout room is fantastic and we are so excited for the beautiful pool to open. They have resident events every month that are really fun too.”
